Villa Monika is a property beautifully and comfortably furnished, with private pool and astonishing panoramic sea views of Ipsos bay and the Ionian Sea.The property is spread over two floors with decoration and accessories of impeccable taste and quality. It is located on the slope of Pantokrator Mountain, near Spartilas village, however it is only 10min away from the nearest beaches of Ipsos and Barbati. The main entrance leads to the generously proportioned, open space, dining and living area with easy access to the well-equipped kitchen, offering sea views and easy access to the generous size panoramic terrace and pool area at the top of the garden. More specifically, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. In the dining and living area you can find comfortable sofas, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with international TV system and a dining table for 8 people. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor with sea views and direct access to the verandas and the lawn garden. In addition to the 4 en-suite shower rooms, there is also a bathroom (shower, w/c) next to the entrance on the main floor. -Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, A/C, TV, fitted wardrobes, and en-suite shower room. -Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, A/C, TV, fitted wardrobes, and en-suite shower room. -Bedroom 3: Twin beds (1.20 × 2.00 m), A/C, TV, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room. -Bedroom 4: Queen size bed, A/C, TV, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room – This bedroom has its own entrance. The inside living area leads directly to the pool area and the top terrace which has a built BBQ, an outdoor shaded dining table and views over the garden and the sea. Around the pool (14 x 6 meters) there are comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.

This property, tastefully decorated in Mediterranean style offers a luxurious and comfortable accommodation to those looking for a relaxing holiday by the seaside. Gracefully located at the extremity of a small group of buildings of the beautiful Avlaki bay on the north of Corfu, it is practically immersed in the very picturesque landscape and separated from the beach only by a small local road. Although this is not a crowded beach, a luscious, well tended garden will provide you with privacy in order to enjoy the indoors as well as the outdoors of this stunning villa. And even though it is very hard to resist the wonderful clear, deep water of this beach, it is certain that children and adults alike will also appreciate a lot the safe and private fun by the swimming pool.
