This unique villa is located in the beautiful Mongonissi Bay, at the southern part of Paxos, near the main village of Gaios, to cater to your everyday needs and at the same time far enough to enable you to enjoy the privacy and luxury of overlooking a breathtaking, more secluded Bay. Villa Monika is a property beautifully and comfortably furnished, with private pool and astonishing panoramic sea views of Ipsos bay and the Ionian Sea.The property is spread over two floors with decoration and accessories of impeccable taste and quality. It is located on the slope of Pantokrator Mountain, near Spartilas village, however it is only 10min away from the nearest beaches of Ipsos and Barbati. The main entrance leads to the generously proportioned, open space, dining and living area with easy access to the well-equipped kitchen, offering sea views and easy access to the generous size panoramic terrace and pool area at the top of the garden. More specifically, the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. In the dining and living area you can find comfortable sofas, wall-mounted flat-screen TV with international TV system and a dining table for 8 people. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor with sea views and direct access to the verandas and the lawn garden. Our standard rooms are located within short walking distance from main building, but still in the heart of Kavos. We offer twin, triple and 2 bedroom apartments in the standard accommodation blocks, which whilst basic still of a high quality. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, balcony or patio, Air-conditioning (payable in resort). Most standard rooms boast a kitchenette and all have fridges. Decorated in typical Greek style, this accommodation is great for the no-frills traveler.
